1) What if my category is not available?

If the category you need is not listed, contact us at info@leadder.net and describe what you are looking for.

We will review the niche, and if there is enough client demand, we may add it to the service.

2) How long does it take to receive a client?

The speed depends on the time of day, region, and category.

Some users receive a client within a few hours, others within 2–4 days.

Client requests for property purchases are the rarest.

3) Can I submit my own request or advertisement through your service?

No. Our service does not publish advertisements and does not provide promotional services.

The platform scans public posts in social networks, detects client inquiries, and forwards them to you.

You contact the client independently and offer your services.

4) I need to move my access to another account — how do I do that?

If you want to use the service from a different account, email us at info@leadder.net.

Please include: the address or name of your current account, the address or name of the new account, your confirmation that you request the transfer.

We will update your access manually.

Important: for security reasons, we cannot activate any account on your behalf. The login and activation must always be initiated by the user.

5) How does the service work?

The platform analyzes public posts in social networks and finds people who are looking for services in your category.

Once you activate your plan, you begin receiving relevant client requests.

Delivery speed varies by niche — from a few minutes to several hours.

Each message includes a "Contact" button so you can reach out to the client directly.

6) Can I add my own keywords?

No. The platform does not support custom keyword input.

Our search engine is trained on millions of messages and uses more than 70 filtering criteria, including complex logical rules.

If you believe a specific request should have passed the filter, contact us — we will review it.

7) What if I don't receive any messages for a long time?

This usually happens because of: low demand in your niche, a rare or limited region, low user activity in social networks at that moment.

You can switch to another category or broaden your region to increase the flow.

8) What is included in the subscription?

Access to client search in selected categories and regions, delivery of relevant client inquiries, automated irrelevant message filtering, technical support, regular updates of databases and search algorithms.

9) Do you guarantee clients?

No. User activity in social networks is unpredictable, and we cannot guarantee a fixed number of clients.

We guarantee the proper functioning of the algorithm and the delivery of all relevant requests found.

10) What should I do if I receive an irrelevant message?

We will review the case and improve filtering if necessary.
