Terms of Use for the Online Platform https://leadder.net

These Terms of Use (hereinafter, the “Terms”) are addressed to users (hereinafter, the “User”) and govern the use of the online platform https://leadder.net (hereinafter, the “Platform”). They supplement the Public Offer Agreement (hereinafter, the “Offer”). In all matters not regulated by these Terms, the provisions of the Offer and other official documents published on the relevant sections of the Platform shall apply.

These Terms are mandatory for all Users. The Platform Administration reserves the right to update these Terms at any time by publishing a new version on the Platform, without prior notice.

1. Registration and Access

To register on the Platform, the User must provide a valid Google account. The phone number is required for authentication and emergency contact.

Use of the Platform's materials and services is only permitted within the scope of an active subscription and in accordance with the Offer. Reproduction, distribution, or modification of content is allowed only with written consent from the Platform Administration.

2. User Rights and Obligations

The User may use the Platform in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Serbia and the Offer.

The User agrees to:

• Act in good faith, respecting the rights of the Platform Administration and third parties;
• Use only the official login page: https://leadder.net/login;
• Notify the Administration immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach;
• End each session by logging out;
• Keep login credentials confidential and secure;
• Ensure that all registration data remains accurate and up-to-date;
• Receive service-related notifications via their personal account and/or Telegram bot.

Account deletion can be requested via support. Some data may be retained for a limited time to fulfill legal or contractual obligations in accordance with Serbian law.

3. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its interface, software, and content, is protected under intellectual property laws of the Republic of Serbia. Any unauthorized use may result in civil, administrative, or criminal liability.

4. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is". The Administration makes no guarantees regarding uninterrupted or error-free access. We are not liable for losses or damages resulting from the use or unavailability of the Platform.

Scheduled maintenance may temporarily restrict access to certain or all Platform functions. Where possible, advance notice will be given.

5. Subscription and Payments

Access to the Platform's services is provided via paid recurring subscription. Subscriptions are activated automatically after payment is processed through the Platform's payment system. Notifications about renewals are sent via Telegram and/or the user dashboard.

The User may modify their subscription plan at any time, including upgrading or downgrading the tariff and managing add-ons (additional locations, niches, worldwide coverage). Changes take effect immediately with prorated billing.

When downgrading, the prorated difference is credited to the User's internal wallet on the Platform and is automatically applied to future subscription payments. Wallet balances are non-refundable and non-transferable. For full details on payments, refunds, and subscription management, refer to Section 9 and Section 9A of the Offer Agreement.

6. Account Termination

The Platform Administration may suspend, block, or delete a User account for the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms or the Offer;
• Official request from Serbian authorities;
• Inactivity for over 6 months;
• Failure to pay for continued access;
• Technical issues or security concerns;
• Use of scripts, bots, or any disruptive behavior toward the Platform.

In such cases, access may be revoked without prior notice. The Administration will make reasonable efforts to prevent such situations.

7. Force Majeure

In the event of force majeure (e.g. failures of third-party hosting providers, cyberattacks, domain suspension), the Platform may be suspended without notice for an indefinite period.

8. Final Provisions

Violation of these Terms may result in immediate revocation of access. The Platform Administration reserves the right to restrict or deny access at its sole discretion, with or without notice.

By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms of Use.
